The club of Business Angels of Slovenia was very active in the month of March.

In a tenacious selection process we chose 4 perspective startup companies from the Slovenian environment. Under our guidance we have mentored them and prepared them for the pitch in front of the investors on our first event this year – Investment Day. Startups that have presented themselves were: HolidaysPlan, YourFlare, Userux and ZenOwn. Partners of the event were CE-Connector and Interreg Center Europe.

Our angel investor found the Polish startup Deko Eko last year at the Next Roundinvestment conference. The investment she made is a bit different from what we are used to, since she invested as part of a larger syndicate built with the help of a crowdfunding campaign....
