On Friday, 6.10.2022, we organized the second investment day this year. At the event, we presented 5 of the currently most promising startups, that we have in our pipeline, to our investors.
To the Investment day we also invited Maciej Sadowski, founder and CEO of StartUp Hub Poland, a member of several important boards and in general one of the more well known individuals within the Polish startup ecosystem. Maciej has accepted our invitation and gave a presentation regarding the current situation in the startup and venture capital world.
After Maciej’s presentation it was the startups turn to shine. Within the Business Angels of Slovenia’s team we worked with the startups already for a long time and also helped them prepare for the Investment day.
The startups that presented themselves were:
- Medicofit – An innovative private medical company providing different physiotherapy solutions and takes care of physical preparation after injuries.
- Starkid – All about Mindfulness Tools for your Kid to shine Bright.
- Kobi – A learning-to-read eReader that provides support so that daily reading practice can be enjoyable even for struggling readers!
- Petsie – The world’s first pet toothbrush with original technology that is able to prevent plaque accumulation, without any additional chemicals or toothpaste.
- Moree – Moree is a company developing innovative, durable, washable packaging that can be reused more than 500 times.
Our Investors seemed to be very pleased with the presented startups and have shown great interest in them. In the upcoming weeks, we’ll organise Q&A meetings and hopefully also close several Investments.
